Nah nothing yet, thought i would have woken up today to some new cards news, but nope 🙁

Im gona stick me neck out, and say they ain't going to mention anything at all about new cards :P

Those specs for the 8970 compared to a 7970 don't look very impressive. Only 250 (give or take) more stream processors, a few more ROP's and TMU's. This thing is not going to break any records. Maybe around 15% faster than a current 7970. But then again 7970 can overclock pretty well so that percentage would drop. Though if this 8970 can overclock good enough then it would keep that margin. Still 15% give or take is not worth an upgrade. Where is Southern Islands with its 4096 stream processing madness on one core!!!! I WANT!!!
