I still have one of the two M.2 slots unused on my X570 mobo. I've been saving it for a PCIe 4.0 SSD. Now that Intel is finally getting PCIe 4.0 working as well, I reckon we will see more and more fast NVMe SSDs, meaning the prices will also hopefully get down to more reasonable levels.

I'm running all nvme on my primary rig. It's fantastic. I still can't wait for this tech to get cheaper though. Hopefully all the new consoles using these drives will bring the costs/retail prices down. I keep waiting for all nvme drives to start dropping in price and it keeps not happening. It's crept upwards. The 2TB Intel nvme drive I bought 2 years ago (next month) costs 10% more now than it did back then.
Meanwhile, it's nice to see the speeds keep getting faster and faster, especially with ~200GB games popping up.

Ditto and I have a couple of PNY Gen 3s one in my main PC and one in my Wifes and they are pretty much neck and neck with the Samsungs I will get one of these when released but I would prefer the 2 Tb my 1 Tb main drive is starting to look Weedy with some of the Game downloads these Days
