Tell that to my fat PS3 that YLOD'ed in 2.5years(2007-09). Its nice to see members having an opinion.. But not the ones with a biased one tho and an attitude. 😉 Also please consider this as a friendly suggestion about the colors and bolds. From the style of this posting i'm sure this "joker" has been banned before. Don't ever believe Google, anyone with any common sense knows that most of what is on the internet these days is lies. $399 if true seems a fair price. While i preferred the Sony exclusives, Sony as a company worry me as there are very fragile financially at the moment so there will be a certain amount of risk for anyone buying a PS4.

I have a 2005 XBox 360. Works great with my 50 odd games that I have. No problems at all.

warlord, please stop or you'll ruin the thread for everyone else. On topic, I was expecting it to be a little cheaper. Though I am basing that off a rumour I heard that the PS4 was only going to be €300 but I guess it's not going to cost as much as the PS3 when that first came out. I won't be getting one myself but looking forward to 20/02 to see what that brings.

Did you really just asked me to prove that my PS3 YLOD? In 2,5years? To you? Please tell me this is not what you meant! Please, I need to know that.. yeah, in difficulties of having a dialog, where a true opinion exists and no fanboism is there, we pray for bans, nice civilization by the way...gg mate and what about MS replacing xbox about being broken.? they lie too.? in my neighborhood also 3 other xbox360 of 2005-2006 are broken, is my fault.? the point in this thread was to prove that ps3 and ps4 probably will last lots of ages, sony knows to provide proper hardware with longevity...

In the UK it will definitely be £399 then, its almost always £1 = $1 🙁
Same goes for the Euro. I bet my ass that if it cost 499$, here in Europe will be 499€ and that's unfair.

Although I did bought the PS3 at launch(it was a bit different story in 2007 tho), I'll wait for this one until end of summer or around 4-6 months after launch.

And about the prices, yeah it holds. Usually its $1=€1 or a bit +/- close to that formula. Current PS3 320GB price here as I already said its around €290.

who seriously plays games for silly mspoints and achievements, such poinless filler for mediocre games is all it is. Anyhow, most likely looking at NZ$1200+ for ps4 over here, if so, not going to bother for atleast 2 years.

MS points and gamerscore are different things, ms points is what you use to buy things on xbox.

Lol? I don't know but I check amazon.co.uk pretty often, in my experience it's 1$=1€ in some cases even more (like computer parts), and in the UK the prices are pretty much the same as in the € zone, sometimes even cheaper. Maybe it's just specific products.

UK prices are somewhere inbetween the $ and € when it comes to hardware, though when it comes to games, especially PC games UK prices are usually a good bit cheaper than US and Euro prices.

A10-5800 makes more sense. The HD7670 is out of place, and even if it was a GDDR5 version the price premium would be insane over the 7660D. Unless i'm dreaming and they are going to run crossfire. 😀
