Here's a new quirk: if you have Nvidia App installed the driver installer will suggest that it will force install GFE for you with no option to not do that in the installer - even though GFE doesn't install in practice. Something to fix in the driver installer I think?
I am running windows 11 Canary latest build, and the known issues of MS, are not all popular games not running, are fixed now, Battlefield 2042 was the only game what didn't run, I dunno
if the game update or this hot fix driver fixed it BF 2042, all demanding games are now running fine on the Canary Channel.
With this hotfix driver, all the games running smooth as oil 🙂

Not true, for the life of me i cant get pugG working gives me a green BSOD pointing to some weird pugg anticheat file that keeps bsoding the system when trying to run....

Not true??? why should I lie.about it ? it's the truth, i have no BSOD with games which use Anti cheat or not, BF2042 has also Anti cheat and that was the last game what crashed and is running
now fluid.....
Here it does startup Steam ,Ea ,Ubisoft and Epic game launcher I can play all the games I have without any problems, believe it or not.
That is really strange that it launches for you, because there is a known error for canary and dev.

Steam works fine for me, don't think I've seen that one.
I'm now on dev - having dropped down from Canary when they merged builds a couple of weeks ago.

To answer my own query, re-installed skull and Bones, no obvious issues with battleye - no popups at all.
Just won't get past 4% connecting - which is an obvious improvement from a direct C2D with battleye error.

Hmm curious - see a lot of different feedback from several months for Steam webhelper including a fix from MS last year in a much earlier build.
It's not something daft, like being blocked by firewall?

I have had the firewall off as well. I rolled back to beta for now , I will try next thursday when a new build is released. pretty annoying to give feedback to this bug for weeks and nothing is done about it.
