I think it's the opposite - publishers that run away are shady and scummy. Nvidia merely offers a platform for players to play their games on. If players hardware can't run games locally, he won't be able to play set games in the first place. So in fact - Nvidia is generating sales for them by allowing people with potato hardware (and not only) to purchase games and play them via GeforceNow.

Yep, no game removal because there shouldn't be any games from them hosted on GeForce Now

However, we have never had any arrangement to be part of their service as far as I am aware.

I find that funny. When Nvidia works with these companies people cry and when they don't people cry. People are forgetting that these aren't just publishers/studios, some have their own platforms; Origin Bethesda.net Battle.net Uplay Microsoft Store GTA Online Have I forgot one? In addition to that, all the publishers in the previous list provide/pay for servers for their games. Of-course it's about control and money. With 5g and 6g on the horizon we're much closer to streamed gaming being a viable option. Of-course they want that $5 a month for themselves. It's business 101. That still doesn't make it right for GeforceNow removal for native streaming. Nvidia should've separated GeforceNow into 2 apps. This is their mistake here. One app for native streaming (with a one-time price) with their streaming service as a separate entity. P.S. nothing wrong with boycotting them. That doesn't mean I stop playing what I've already got. P.P.S Bring on Cyberpunk 2077.
