Not everyone cares about super sampling, or msaa, or resolutions higher than 1080p.....
I care about my framerate: https://www.youtube.com/user/StefanDHN You'll see the magical number "120" at the top right in most videos. Though the games "struggling" in this thread is more likely down to consolititis.

Literally ANY card struggles with AC:Unity.
With the other games I mentioned a bit too. Maybe it would be better to wait for nvidia and amd to launch whole new stuff to catch up with software 🙂

Or wait for software devs to do their jobs correctly.

As long as I can run reasonable settings, maintaining a 60fps minimum is all I care about when I game. I don't use AA at all, so it shouldn't be too difficult a task for a card to maintain such a low minimum framerate.

In that case....don't hold your breath. Mankind will become extinct before that happens. Either nVidia and AMD will have to "brute force" their way through games....or people will have to be satisfied with lower framerates.

I`m betting theres going to be a 960ti, there is going to be a huge performance difference going from a 960 (rumored specs) and 970

If nVidia releases such a weak 960 with such a large gap between it and the 970 without a Ti model coming, they'll piss off a lot of people.
