Vapour chamber cooling. And it will need CLU to reach max potential since pascal is temp sensitive.

Well that sucks if its not MXM, even though that really didnt take off as upgrade kits were almost the cost of another laptop lol.. I'll probably just wait for external video cards or build another desktop.

I just did, no regrets coming back to desktop. Love laptops, but, they just rinse us dry.

Yeah I hear ya man, only reason why I went laptop is because I moved to Japan for work and I didn't think about lugging my entire setup. Once I got settled in all I can think about is the gaming capability of a desktop lol.

I have a 980m in my Sager that runs very cool. (~72c typically) If the 1080m can even come close to those temps under load that will be pretty beastly for gaming on a mobile platform.

There is no 1080M, and this 1080 is 150W+, so no chance at those temps. Not to mention the density of the GP104, it puts out a lot of heat. These are 80c+ cards.
