The report ( https://securelist.com/files/2015/02/Equation_group_questions_and_answers.pdf ) does not mention NSA at all, but like whatever right?

For him it is okay. He's not speaking for anyone else but himself.
Nothing wrong with that either, if he's okay with it then he's okay with it and he's stated his reasons. I'm not saying this as a mod, but it is very annoying to see people try to bash him and argue against him because he thinks different from what you expect. Just leave him alone on the matter, you're not going to change his mind(not that it needs changed anyway.)

The NSA is nothing but a waste of space. They are not good for anything but violating peoples rights. Plus the NSA does not effect anyone outside of the U.S

"According to former intelligence operatives, the NSA has multiple ways of obtaining source code from tech companies..."
The question is who is this man and when did him an interview?
Or this "news" are from intoxicated news of RussiaToday.com ???
Big questions dont have one answer.

First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Socialist.
Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Trade Unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

the thing is i thought this was about the NSA and internet spying?
not all these other reasons people keep saying?
what does that have to do with the NSA spying on peoples internet use? which i guess there poss/known target from other intel gives them cause to start poking around, Mi6 probs do the same stuff here and share info with NSA, if your using the internet to do/plan bad things then i believe you should be dealt with.
pls dont start throwing conspiracy what if's/they could do this,
if the NSA/Mi6 or any other government agency what ever country that has this tech if they going to do it, to get the info they want, they will do it.
like they always do any way.
hence me feeling, well i dont mind i dont plan on harming/robing or anything bad outside in the streets or over the internet.

The main concern isn't just that NSA has access, the issue is that hackers can exploit and use the backdoors that NSA implemented.
It is also a concern that NSA might have un-honest employees that steal business secrets and sell them to competitors.
And worst case scenario would be that the USA gets a real bad government, guess what they can do via NSA.
Data manipulation is easy with the right tools, it gives you access to frame anyone for anything you want to frame a person or group for.
