They're the same chip. There is no mobile version of the 1070, just clocked a little lower.

If there is no displayport, can thunderbolt be used instead ? There are cables DP-Thunderbolt or an adaptor is needed ?

The GP104 and memory are likely imbedded on the motherboard to make for a more compact design.
