I think this will be my next motherboard if I can manage to find it. Can someone please tell me if there is a noticeable difference between the Realtek ALC892 and ALC1150 that I currently have? I use a Magni 2. Are the LEDs turned off by default or do you have to install the software to turn them off?

I would say "so few that you wouldn't notice it"... BUT the 892 is more for HTPC and the 1150 is more for everything musical (or vice/versa 🙂 )
