The problem with these small console-like cases is that they get way too hot and loud. I have a mere AMD 580 and an Intel i5 in my Fractal Design Node 202 and it's loud as fuck during gaming.

Depends on the actual intake/outtake airflow. RX 580 is 160W card. 2080Ti is 285W card. If your card is desperately cycling same air our and over again, then 2080Ti would thermally shutdown.
Very likely they have proper airflow. For those more powerful systems I like more design where MB and CPU faces opposite side than GPU. It is thicker case but not as tall. And only extra thing required is PCIe riser cable.
