Socket might be a wee bit too close to the PCIe slot for big CPU coolers.

I dont know how its ok to have a battery on the back of a vga port.

That layout is nearly identical to the Gigabye FM2+ ITX board. Personally I liked the Asrock FM2A88X-ITX+ better with it's design.
