Maybe I'll just blow PC budget from last year on some micro-controllers. And build myself few autonomous drones. Some with wheels, some with propellers.
Wheelie may have solar charging and landing carts to charge flyers.
Or anything else. Because no matter how stupid idea and how practically useless it may become, it will still do more for me than HW I can't sensibly get.

Got my 5600x proc in Dec for Canadian MSRP
Last week, he got me a MSI 6800xt gaming x trio for MSRP
I didn't want the blingy lights, was hoping for a Sapphire Pulse at a grand Canuck
But, held my nose, and paid the 3 buck premium MSI warned about, and grabbed it

Built my rig last year with a Gigabyte Aorus 2080ti WB and Ryzen 3950X on a Gigabyte Aorus Master x570. In no rush to upgrade any time soon.

Got a 3090 TUF out of sheer dumb luck in December. Everyting else is less than 2 years old, so I'm set for a while. But it does suck for everyone that hasn't been able to get something or the ones paying over MSRP. Hang in there my dudes, this shall pass eventually.

I was waiting for the 3060ti ...to change my 1060 6gb..... Haaaalp earlier past year moved to 1440p ..... I hit 60 with graphical sacrifices and in few cases render scale to 80 with txaa it is playable but i really do not like the bluryness .... but bluryness > 900+ euro 3060 ti 😛

If i can get by July or so the 3060ti on msrp i would else i might as well wait for the 4xxx series indeed . Or if mining collapse and the 3060 can be found for 200 euros or so and the ti 280-300 i might fire even if 4xxx getting close.

Is it me or is this piece just really badly done? The source says "digitoday" but when you click on it it doesn't actually take you to any source. Right now it's basically just hand waving by Hilbert without any actual sources or compelling arguments.
