Great to see the samsung panels getting more versions, i want some reviews on the lower end panels like this and how local dimming works on those, and if it even has it, because i was not able to spot whatever name Philipps give to their local dimming tech. Even at 60 this could be a great monitor, even more if the price is substancially lower.

Would love two of those stacked one of top of the other at my work. 😀

You probably wouldn't. I've 49" IPS non-curved TV perched on my desk right now roughly 1-1.2m away from me, it is not so fun to move eyes up and down constantly and edge details are invisible at angles I'm looking at them. This one display is at least curved so you have better edge angles, but stacking 2 one above another would not be a lot better 🙂

Well in my workflows I have several screens, and on one for instance, I work (the central one). Two side screens are for emails/communication / other statistical work related information streams. So I would still be focused on the same central spot, but the benefit would be 1 bezel in the middle of the screen. 😉

Looks awesome, also props for that wallpaper.

I would love to have one of these. It is the equivalent of what I use currently, combined in one unit. That would be very nice.

Just a quick question how hard is it to get games running at 32:9 do you run into issues, or are those issues only with older games? Cheers.

Makes not really sense for a "pro". For content you want a flat screen (no distortion) and a lot more res, engineers usually look at graphics/text and would want higher re (probably non curved as well), and even for a gaming screen at desk distance its not enough. 1440p was barely enough on my 32, similar to UHD on the 43 i have now, when using pc for "work" (not games/video)...

Still waiting for someone to come out with a 60" 32:9 so I can finally replace my two 32" monitors.
