I've been using Flux on both my PC and Laptop and I personally think that it's helped me sleep better.

Any thing that stimulates the brain like watching tv before bed time stimultes the brain which will cause sleep issues. Personally i think this theory of blue light is poppy cock.
It's not theory it's fact. It's been proven over and over again. You're obviously not very educated on the subject. Anyway this isn't required. been using Flux forever.

hear hear. I know for a fact it's helped me. I can't even turn Flux off at night now, the blue light simply blinds me and looks horrible. I run at 3800k at night.

At last. MS is late but better late than never. This will help a lot when reading or working on low light conditions during late times. Blue light filters help a lot the eyes. Less eye strain is a good thing. Phones already have such features. Creators Update seems more interesting as time goes by.
