I didn't even know they had such a thing. I don't use such a thing, so that might explain it. But I'm sure if I ask people I know, they wouldn't have noticed m$ wearables.

Smart watches and fitness trackers pretty much are already taken up by Apple and Fitbit. Others try, but realistically these markets are really small and niche anyways.

Oh well I wouldn't say it's a small or niche market, every sucker I know that claims to be sporty in their free time is running around with such a thing, and a lot of others have them too because they're cool (smart watches specifically). I personally don't see the appeal, but out of 6 younger coworkers, 5 got a wearable...
