"Premium Bluetooth Speaker" I have yet to hear anything thats remotely close to being premium sound from logitech.

Pretty much... better than some cheaper brands, but still not anywhere near "premium". And to top it off, it is Bluetooth so you are not going to be able to get "premium" sound anyway.
