more and more casing removing 5.2inch drive slot it seems for PC, BD not considered succesful enough to be replacing DVD although BD still prefered media for hometheather sooner or later it seems all replaced with internet download service, or USB/SDcard-like media device

Pretty much true. Games come via download these days, as does streaming movies or watching series or shows. Here even the normal TV stations start to have streaming pages. My current gaming rig is the first without an optical drive, the htpc still has a 'legacy' blu ray drive. But even in htpc cases 5.25" slots are declining, at least it wasn't easy to find a case I like that has two (bluray drive and remote control / display).

Seems a little low on air in fan spots for my liking. Was almost a good case to me. Has nice rad space, but its going to be hard to pass decent filtered air over it in this case. I like having a big rad at the top of the case with hidden fans in a pull configuration sucking air out the top. (looks good + easy to clean for maintenance) There are really not many cases that can do this well (with a bigger 60mm deep rad). I really like my Phanteks Enthoo Primo, but it is a bit of a monster when ever I have to move it around...

Not much issue I barely use my optical drive to the point why Wonder I have it even installed, I just gona replace it with external BD drive.. Though I thinking of removing all the HDD cages from my Define R5, and just getting brackets to mount my hdd in the Optical bay highly doubt I can fight 3.5 hdd in the back of motherboard tray.

Idk, I used to think they were overpriced, then I bought one for a PC in the lobby of a fragrance sales building (I needed something sharp, professional looking). When I opened the box I understood immediately why they are priced higher. The quality of their cases is absolutely phenomenal. I've owned top cases from Corsair, Cooler Master, Antec, Silverstone and Fractal. None of them came close to the build quality of the Lian Li. I don't find most of their cases very functional for gaming/tower purposes. But the build quality, exterior finish, etc is second to none. I actually like their ITX cases too, bought a few for HTPC setups in a few upscale houses. They fit nicely into the modern furniture look and were pretty well designed.

For someone like me that has access to the equipment necessary to fabricate such a case, $189-210 is an insane price. Maybe that's why I'm a bit more critical of case pricing.
