Saw a big jump in upscaling quality (detail etc), once they started providing sony with panels. But almost all the "negatives" on their OLEDs (3-4y ago), were the main reasons i was able to sell more (sony) led-lit uhd screens, so it was just a matter of time until they would improve on those things. I always liked LG, but side by side they couldnt match the sonys with triluminos panel and X-reality chip. At least in the past.. cant say that for the newer models, as i dont work in tv retail anymore..
