Piracy of software is a good thing. I approve as a both software and hardware engineer. Why?
Because you can adopt a love admiration relationship with a customer who never considered your product/service to buy it in the first place, perhaps he/she didn't even know about it.
I like trying then buying. OR sometimes, I buy one game, but after months/year of release I cannot afford to buy it's DLC/expansion. I don't feel bad of uninstalling it and then downloaded it pirated as a whole. It's developer's problem of not selling it with a better price tag.
Not everything is black and white in life. There are also grey zones. Both law abiding netizens and pirates have their rights.

this is getting out hand this why i thinking of gona back to consoles, i dont have worry about this stupid DRM BS that, stacking DRM becomes the new "thing" to do watch what will happen.
And over the years I collection 30+ steam games 5+ uplay games 15+ gog, and i mostly only touch the steam onces.
I wont play PC DX:MD till Denuvo is removed, i will be playing it first on my ps4 pro next month cause it part of the PS+ collection

No one wants em gamestop sells them cheaper on top of it just buy a used x1 or ps4 and find a red box, no one wants 5 things running on there pc i sure hell dont steam+uplay+game+D+VM=just to play a game i payed for.

LMAO The reason the latest Denuvo hasn't been cracked is because there has been nothing worth cracking. The latest Assassin's Creed? SW BF II? Football Manager 2018? Point and case!

If these games were worth it, they'd be cracked by now. It's like how HBO and Netflix track how popular their shows are; they see how many people are sharing it through bit torrent or other streaming sites.

As much as I hate Denuvo for being an intrusive drm (and known performance hog) it finally payed off and crackers are running scared.

100% it is being worked on, it just hasn't been cracked 'yet'

Well I knew my post would create a passionate response and nought wrong with that, we in the UK (anyway) live in a sort of democracy.
We are never going to be able to price things at a level that enables everyone in the world to afford a game, a laptop or anything else. I don't have any clever answers here, I don't believe anyone else does either.
If I lived in a country where a AAA game represented a high % of my month's salary, I would get together with some other gamers and share the cost of that game and we could all play it on the one computer it was registered to. Not as convenient as Harry in the rich UK who can afford to buy the game, the top game PC etc but a way of reducing the cost to me as an individual living in a poorer country. No pirating or stealing involved and why is this different to a group of friends going to the flat/house of someone who has a good hi-fi and listening to his albums?
I don't blindly support corporations but I'm not anti them either. They are a fact of life, some good things about them, some bad things and lots of MOR things too. None of us can be like King Canute about corporations and how many on Guru3D refuse to buy any of the products sold by all the big corporations? Who has an Apple product, a Samsung phone, a Sony TV, a Dell laptop? You have my respect if you buy none of the corporations products as part of your protest against their badness.
I bought the new Wolfie recently but I refused to do so until it came down to half price (I bought at £19.50 as I posted within the thread here). Whether I couldn't afford to buy it or I wouldn't buy it until the corporation's product came down to a price that I found acceptable is irrelevant and that's what I do with all CD's, Blu-Rays, games etc, I just wait until the big corporation and all those in the supply chain acting in consort with them aren't going to make a bigger profit from me.
Several raised a good point about being unable to try a game before buying it as an excuse to support piracy. Again as a partial way round this, forming game groups would enable people to try the game before purchasing it (I know this isn't a by any means perfect solution, remember there aren't any perfect solutions to many of life's problems) but people can be very creative when they wish to be.
I've 'tried' a number of games by watching the various YouTube videos (and being an older gamer the videos have got me through a bit in various games when I was stuck!) so all of us can watch all the games being played by others on YouTube and see exactly what the game's all about so I don't agree that it's necessary to directly try a game before buying it.
Are the corporations greedy entities who sh*t on us? Sure they are then so are single individuals, some of our so called friends, our relatives or partners. Size doesn't have a monopoly on sh*tting on any of us. Sad but true and I bet everyone reading this has a personal example of what I'm talking about and we are never going to be able to change human nature whether it's wrapped into a corporation or the person you share your life with who sleeps with your best friend or treats you as badly as any of the corporations might.
Whatever difficulties life has thrown at me, I do appreciate how lucky I am to be talking about wishing to upgrade my Dell U2711 monitor or current NVidia cards, many around the world have nothing virtually but I'm not going to blame the corporations for this.

I can accept only Denuvo, but not Origins' two layer DRM. Nonetheless this is not an issue, because Assassins Creed: Origins is a bad game.

Cracking is about measuring penis length between the warez groups, so it will happen at some point.
