29 Cores? is a prime number. How did they get out with this configuration? looks like something is disabled on die here. i do not belive is a deisgn with 29 cores and not an 8x4 with something disabled....

RIP every other processor.
It's the high core count Xeons that do better than what most people would expect.

When I had 1070 SLI, CPU was at 2.6Ghz but didn't have power savings disabled.

Of course that's all synthetic, but those don't even use all the CPU, not even close.
Point being, if one buys a V3, uses the turbo hack, they could have an 18 core at 3.8Ghz ALL CORES - rl66
