Apparently with dGPU. So this has dual graphics (intel's iGPU present). I do not like intel's GPU. On other hand going to 65~100W zone. AMD did not announce any Ryzens ending with "H" => Mobile Performance Class. I expected Vega 11 to be in that category. HBM2 in notebook? OK, lovely, give it directly to APU.

Does “2.3X better” mean that it’s an improvement of 230%? I ask because I can’t see Hitman being 1.4X better = 140%. I imagine it means 40% better?

Yes it means + 40% perf. If you see it says x1.4 and it means the competitors score times 1.4
