Hopefully they fixed their idle power consumption or else this would be a bad choice. Otherwise, it ought to be fine.

while on my desktop intel gpus are not even close to consider em ..... on a laptop i am willing to try since i will most likely buy a new laptop ....soon~ish

Most likely but at the right price I will not mind an Intel GPU in a laptop
