Thought these were Nvidia TWIMTBP games, if so, why aren't they putting their PhysX in em ?

PhysX is getting put into ACIV.
So does this mean the PC version supports both?

NVIDIA GPU-Accelerated PhysX Effects:
If you played Batman: Arkham Origins, or checked out our Batman: Arkham Origins Graphics & Performance Guide, you’ll have seen the game-changing benefits our new GPU-accelerated PhysX APEX Particle system brought to the Batman prequel. In the not too distant future, an Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag game update will introduce APEX Particles that are manipulated by external forces such as gravity, wind, character movement, and explosions, courtesy of the APEX Turbulence system.
As in Batman: Arkham Origins, Assassin’s Creed IV’s APEX Particles will be further enhanced by the addition of Particle Shadow Mapping (PSM), which enables select particle effects to cast shadows, and self-shadow one another. This is particularly beneficial for thick, heavy smoke effects, such as Kenway’s smoke bomb, instantly emphasizing the density of the effect to the viewer, further increasing image quality.

No game should even use PhysX since NVidia are lame and have it proprietary.

Either way the APEX module can be added to games that don't use CPU based PhysX, the APEX Turbulence in CryEngine demo demonstrated this as well:

I'll take real-time physics over scripted any day.
There wouldn't really be a need though considering CPU based PhysX isn't anywhere as bad as people like to make it out to be:

tho real-time can be done as good on other stuff too.

PhysX is great but Nvidia are holding it back from being used by having it only work on Nvidia cards and I say if they want to do that just drop it entirely

What will happend if people dont buy games with PhysX
1. Game Studio get hurt for supporting Green Hardware only effects
2. Nvidia will try pushing PhysX to Games and make it open for AMD & Intel.
That means it would be possible calculate Physx effects on APU or Intel HD 4000/ Iris Pro and the Game on GPU that would be genius...
... but it will never happend because of buying behavior from stupid people which are the biggest part of gaming comunity, its comparable like zombies when they smell fresh meat.

Why would Nvidia owners stop buying PhysX games, makes no difference to them whether it's available to others people.

Since when?
If this wasn't proprietary Nvidia wouldn't be supporting it, look how Bullet physics turned out.
