They show 120K so when the price is only 5K it seems like a bargain.

mmmm I hope that is retoric cause the answer is the same as for every price point you can imagine of most "unique" items Why would someone spend 1000 dollars for a monitor stand? Why would someone spend 2000 dollars for a gpu? Why would someone spend 20000 dollars for a prebuilt? Why would someone spend 200000 dollars for a car? Like really dude? really?... what's next, why water wets ... ok that aktchually would be way more interesting.

The huge heatsink is for validation testing and not for any 4090Ti or Titan, The machining quality is worse, the io ports being on a daughter board is only seen with test pcbs and the outlet is smaller, indicating earlier design than the end result.

Why you have to be dense my friend, you are thinking as an engineer (nothing bad tbh) but you have to be flexible. Is that hard to pass your thick skull? the simple answer is CAUSE I CAN!! Who the heck would spend "n" amount of money on "n" item which I consider far beyond the "real" price "I" would pay? the answer is BECASUE I CAN; there are dude with loads of money and you know... a pc/hardware hobby, you cannot buy it, I cannot buy it, most of them cannot buy it. BUT dude with load of money DO, and that makes it unique, who the f*** cares if has "ANY" use. RGB has no freaking use, I see people not b**tching about it... nvm they do. Well the point stands, is a nice "unique" piece of hardware, why would I price it by its raw material weight, when I can apeal to wealthy hobbyist? Is that freaking hard??? holly bejeezzzuss!!!
