What's the point of saying it's budget oriented if the only thing they don't specify is the price? If someone is on a budget, price is one of their top deciding factors.

As an idea of price the single socket with the same kind of IO is around 800 Euro depending on how much you buy... I think you can get the same on other brand for better price, generaly Gigabyte is pricy motherboard.

It's the same with Xeon, everything pro is expensive (at work we have Quadro set that make the most expensive RTX 3090's price look like peanuts) There is some "Budget" board in Asrock Rack brand, around 1/2 the Gigabyte's price... But never have worked with those myself, as price doesn't mean quality, i don't know.
