I'd only count whatever they've actually received which is 206 cards. That's what people will really get their hands on. The incoming figure should be treated the same as the incoming 3080 figures meaning highly doubtful.

Cyberpunk just got delayed again till Dec 10th so maybe there will be time for Nvidia to make some cards in the mean time.
