This is better link as it contains all languages for everyone
Nvidia drivers contain all languages regardless of which link you've used to download them.

By installing our new Game Ready Driver, your gaming experience can be enhanced by using the NVIDIA app’s new AI-powered Freestyle Filters. RTX HDR seamlessly adds HDR (High Dynamic Range) to SDR (Standard Dynamic Range) games, while RTX Dynamic Vibrance improves upon the NVIDIA Control Panel Digital Vibrance feature, further improving visual clarity in games.

Damn, you're right. I saw English US language and automatically assumed it's English only. My bad.

I have the option not to install GFE at all, which is delightful.

How are the ram and CPU usage of the new app like compared to the good old CP? Does it get out of the way resource wise when it's not in use?

For what it's worth GFE's resource usage is non-existent unless you use filters/shadowplay/etc. But seeing how the new app is in beta I'd expect to see some performance issues with it but who knows. Luckily Nvidia made it an optional thing for the beta period.

Does the app integrate NVCP and GFE? Do I have to install drivers independently? Should I uninstall GFE or install the Nvidia app on top?

The app is crap, just like i knew it would be, unnecessary large icons, forced scrolling because the interface is far larger than it needs be, and it installs the same bloat as GFE does. NVCP can stick around, its better than that crap.
