Does anybody of you know what 'clock related issues' is supposed to mean?
It addresses issue where memory clock speed was not running at full speed with certain apps/games. (stated by ManuelGuzman)

Does it also fix the problem with the Beta GFE (the one with the new coop streaming thing) where you cant oc the memory?

When was this bug introduced?
Just Cause 3 had this bug for example, and it was fixed, I tested it. (before my mem clocks were running at 3 Ghz on my 970 when playing the game, even though they were oc'd to 3.8 Ghz, now it's working fine).

Clock issues NOT fixed. Woke up to my card LOCKED at 536mhz core and 2000mhz memory. Was rather upset in having to deal with this crap. Unacceptable. This is a joke nvidia. Fix it.

The only game where I had this issue was Just Cause 3, and now it's fixed.
