OEM of these headsets and price ? EDIT: Why is everyone going for these "gaming headsets" ? One would suppose that it's hard to make money there with everyone doing those. Some people by these because it says "gaming" and has some popular name on it, but at some point they will have to start making stuff which sounds good. More info next week it seems... They dont even say if it's USB one or not.

Nowdays every manufacturer sticks every damn term they can think off. I miss the ol good days that headphones were Stereo, 5.1, 7.1, good or average quality, good drivers/chips on them etc etc. I'm in no way a headphone expert and I've neither much knowledge on them. But a simple consumer with average knowledge on Headphones like my self and the majority like me, we see them simply as Headphones. They are either Stereo, 5.1, 7.1 and with good/great/amazing sound or not. Simple. :P

They are either solid headphones (driven by proper soundcard) and with amazing sound or not. Simple.
Fixed, to prevent any confusing.

I won't argue with that. Obviously a dedicated good soundcard is a must among audiophiles and purist etc, but 70-80% if not more of people can't even tell the difference between 128Kbps vs 320Kbps. Of course a good proper sound from a good system would probably make the difference more pronounced but I'm being more general here. Now the difference while watching a movie or playing a game is obviously a lot more noticeable between a very good set vs an average/not good one.
