9 vs 8 on GTX1060 is nearly 0 gain, most board maker have given up... only MSI still do it if i remember it's not as on 1070 or 1080. but the price... wow it's 90 Euro too high compared to top highly tuned GTX1060 6g... on other hand Elsa do long life GPU card... but it is only a GTX1060.
