- Monitor may briefly flicker on waking from display sleep if DSR/DLDSR is enabled. Maybe it will be fixed 6 months or so later..Sigh..

Is that just the previous hotfix pushed to whql? And where is the dpc latency issue, just not listed?

The "known issues" list keeps piling up from one side and spilling over on the other without kissing the "fixed issues" list. It's the well-established order of things.

Nvidia are you trying to one up last years record of releasing x number of drivers and then brag about it on social media? Quality over quantity please.

That probably means they didn't consider it an actual issue?

They've been labeling it as an issue for 2 months now and we knew it was an issue further then that. Not even a note on it "hey this is as intended" or anything.

Poor performance driver, 531.26 "beta" was even better, why releasing this crap ??

I'm not saying that driver is not normal, but its performing worse than previous one and also the last beta (531.26), i'm expecting a new driver to perform better or at least the same , not worse !! minus 33 points in time spy, no time to provide proofs, you have to take my word for it, its not a nuclear problem 😎:D

The "minus 33 points in time spy" made me laugh, ngl. 33 is nothing and even minus 100 would be considered margin of error. Also this is depending on so many things like temperatures, running background processes and so on.

another driver with bugs from nvidia

- Applying GeForce Experience Freestyle filters cause games to crash -> we need Fix for FH5 🙂 Let's install this MF 😉 UPD. FH5 still crashes after applying effect (sharpen+) IMhO it's Forza fault cuz' any other game working like a charm. Do note that Reshade 5.6 is working with FH5 now...so no biggy and without FPS hit 😀 Overall good release. Note: BF 2042 - Great, Flat line Forza H5 RT - Working great. Hogwarts L. (old patch) RT - Great Witcher 3 RT - Great Last Epoch - Great So far is very good, stable and fast driver.

still no game ready for Wo Long? - Toggling HDR on and off in-game causes game stability issues when non-native resolution is used. - Monitor may briefly flicker on waking from display sleep if DSR/DLDSR is enabled. do they plan to fix these any time soon I seen these on the issue list for quite a few months now I dont have DSR flicker issue on my monitor upon waking and it is enabled, but i better sure i have HDR issue

But most likely means, that they have given up on it 😉

This is an old bug but when the screen goes to sleep (in my case a separate program turns off the LG TV when Windows declares display sleep) while an HDR movie played with madVR in NVAPI-HDR mode is paused then the display won't come back from sleep (well, the separate program turns it on but I only get a "no signal" message until I do a system hard Reset).

One thing that's different is that DPC is no longer listed as an Open Issue in this driver, but neither has it been listed as a Fixed Item - this leads me to believe that they may have done something to fix DPC latency but they don't want to commit to saying it's been fixed, as perhaps they can't guarantee that. It'll be interesting to test the DPC latency, I'll update this post. EDIT: 531.29 still has a dpc latency issue on my PC, I ran Latencymon for 10mins with just my PC at idle (some people say that's how you're supposed to use it), and after 7:30 it tripped a latency over 1000 micro seconds on the NVidia driver. Mind you it only went over 1000 microseconds twice in that 10 mins. https://imgur.com/oh9Finj https://imgur.com/xjWlWuH I'll do some more test whilst web browsing to see how it changes.... whilst web browsing it triggers within 1min, and to a larger degree: https://imgur.com/DtfUL1b https://imgur.com/KAKBpJq It's not showing latency in the high 2000's though, rather it's the low 2000's so it's maybe a bit better with this driver but hard to tell, don't know if I get occasional audio popping whilst gaming with this one, as haven't tested that yet, but I did get that occasionally with the previous drivers.
