Just tested the new Vampyr game along with R6 Siege, FC5, Devision, AC Origins & NFS Payback everything running smoothly with no issues whatsoever. Keepers for me.

Thanks for the headsup. Does anyone know if this driver also enforces "GeForce Experience" with a "free of crap" method? IIRC, they started doing so with 397.93.

you can edit setup.cfg file and remove these 3 lines and you don't have to have GF experience inside the installer. towards the end, credit goes to one user @ guru3d in 397.93 thread.

Well its easy to edit cfg, but yeah I agree, very shady stupid move from Nvidia. Ok no nvcontainer hang by restart, just rebooted and installed, at least something. Driver: r397_91-9

Heh, just spotted while installing those: Some guy(i.e. gamer) looking on screen, and, well, when u look at that, it looks like Minecraft, where 1080Ti real shines 😀

Have NVIDIA *still* not fixed that Gears of War 4 issue????? I remember seeing it mentioned, what, something like a year ago. That really is quite shocking! Feel sorry for anyone on a Pascal GPU who bought that game and is experiencing that issue trying to play it. :O What on earth are NVIDIA doing? Why is it taking so long to fix? Is it because their DX12 driver is simply not up to scratch?

Just download my custom drivers and you won't have to deal with it!

Check the status of "NVIDIA Display Container LS" service.

NV has also released a DisplayPort 1.3/1.4 UEFI update yesterday for Maxwell and Pascal cards: http://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4674 http://www.nvidia.com/object/nv-uefi-update-x64.html Probably a good idea to do an update before buying one of those cool new 27" 4K HDR Gsync displays for $5000 or something.
