I see it's now a Guru3D link in OP and they just uploaded the broken file ...
It is downloading the full 373 MB file just fine, but I have placed the download onto another local guru3d mirror, give it a try.

Think there's some routing issues going on because it's still trying to serve me the 21,9MB partial file, regardless of browser; https://abload.de/img/2l0ukl.jpg EDIT: Saw your edit, works now, thanks 🙂

Try again, I just changed the binary towards a local guru3d gigabit mirror.

Try ipconfig /flushdns and then download. Getting the full file from Guru3D, Nvidia on the other hand still serves a smaller file cause of cache refresh time.

yea, didn't expect too much, considering how much of a mess game performance is to begin with

doesn't fix flickering in SLI mode in Battlefield 1 but this is battlefield1 problems other than that everything is ok with gtx 770.

Dishonored 2 with the patch and this driver runs better. FPS is roughly the same, maybe slightly better, but frame times are much more consistent and the mini-freezes are almost entirely gone. Dropping to 50-something FPS actually feels like 50+ FPS, before it was so stuttery it felt like <30. More fixing is definitely needed though.

Still drops to 30 fps for me in the center of the docks.

I get 40-50FPS at 4K there, so it's not much an improvement in terms of FPS, but it actually feels like 40-50FPS with the patch and this driver and my current settings. It's playable now even if not ideal, before the patch and the driver it was still 40-50FPS but felt like 20FPS or something, basically unplayable in that area. I'm playing at 4K, everything maxed except draw distance or w/e it was called set to High, no AA, DoF or lens flare. I also use ReShade for AdaptiveSharpen and to remove the yellow tint, makes the game look much nicer. I have no idea why they thought making everything blurry was somehow helping. FXAA does nothing for me at 4K, TXAA helps against "crawling" on the edges of objects but it's too heavy and messes with SLI on my system, so I'm not using it (I get 70% load on GPU1 and 99% on GPU2 with TXAA, something obviously isn't working well). Maybe it's because I'm running PCI-E x8/x8 and there's not enough bandwidth or maybe it's the game.
