The installer was borked for some time. It was looking for wrong file names.

The brokeness was moslty for non English Windows installs. In 2 pcs I had, one Windows install in Spanish and the other in English, in the former, it just failed. It seems to have been fixed.

They had broken the Windows 11 English driver too. They fixed it quickly but day one the installer wouldn't install.

I have Never had an issue with Chipset Drivers before. Install went without issue. With new drivers installed PC Startup and programs very slow to start. These made my system run terribly. Everything was slow to load, a web page took upto 1 minute to load. On checking Processes/Resource Use in Task Manager these drivers were hammering my GPU with massive power use for no apparent reason (I had a single webpage opening and was trying to install the previous Chipset Drivers) Even installing the previous version took nearly 30 mins to complete. Once rolled back everything is snappy and fine. I DO NOT RECOMMEND INSTALLING THESE DRIVERS (or be prepared to install the previous version which worked for you) Win 10, Ryzen 5800X, MSI MAG Tomahawk X570

We do not recommend listening to you either. 1 post, and claiming a problem, while its pretty evident, user error. Plenty of us without error using this version.

everything you wrote is nonsense because these aren't video drivers.

He referes to them as chipset drivers, he never mentions video drivers.

He needs to fix his computer, the chipset drivers aren't the problem.

There's so many variables, so many permutations of software and hardware environment that it might be the chipset drivers, but that they are the catalyst due to something else that's unique to his system, so yes his system. Same as people saying the previous drivers wouldn't install on W11, i had zero issues installing them.

When i think of it i do remember people having some issues uninstalling or installing previous drivers. It was not the case for me though went without issues on w11.

I had troubles installing these chipset drivers, with a couple of versions, a few months ago. But these last ones, installed perfectly.

Did you install it one on top of the other or uninstalled previous first?
