Well... no point in installing then if they haven't fixed the Cyberpunk shadow issue. Currently sticking with 21.1.1, which does not have the issue.

Didn't notice this one before making mine 😎 Looks like RSR will be released next month...

Fixes are minimal if at all lately, c’mon AMD, that transparency bug should’ve been fixed a long time ago. Other than that, it’s been rather smooth sailing for me, no CTD’s, artifacts, just hardcore gaming! 😎

But you don't have a RX 570, it says it may only affect those who have a RX 570.

Can someone tell the AMD driver team that Windows 10 uses Acrylic, not Aero.

This issue affects all GPUs based on Polaris and VEGA architecture. RDNA/RDNA2 seems to be unaffected.

RX 570 is a faster RX 470, and yes the issue exists for me as I have seen it first hand.... after looking around for a while learned it was a driver issue, not the game.. and that 21.1.1 is the last driver version the issue was not present. I actually stopped playing Cyberpunk before the driver issue started so when I installed Cyberpunk after the new update I was really surprised to see the issue.

Oh i see, seeing how they haven't fixed some of the other past issues that has been around for over 2 years now, probably won't see a fix until 22.3.1 or something. I tested cyberpunk with my rx 570 and i use radeon pro enterprise 21.q3(best driver for that card imo) still for that gpu. But my main gpu radeon pro w5500 card I'm still using adrenalin 20.8.3 and i have no issues with no games, including cyberpunk. So ya just use a driver that works well with no problems. 🙂

Hmm, I may try grid legends. I haven't played that game in ages.

Only if you do play cyberpunk.

21.11.3, a driver 10 months newer, also doesn't have the problem. 21.12.x onwards have the bug.

I will have to give that a try, thanks.

You do realize the AMD driver team is about 3 full-time people and the rest are offshore contractor teams? Its quite an unacceptable situation there.
