You don't share you cpu and gpu hardware, however I assume your cpu might hit your perf. peak.

Make sure you are not being fps capped for having both Vsync (not ingame but on NVCP), and Gsync/Freesync ON. Do a Bench Without Vsync ON, and check results. I´m sure there´s something that is capping your frames, because in my case the improvement of enabling "DLSS Quality" has been enormous. I can even scale the render to a +150% from 2k and still get more frames than without DLSS and 100% scale. Let me know if that works, good luck
