Running DDU for my RTX 3080ti driver broke my Corsair icue install. I can’t even install it in the same place. I had to change location This happened to me before but I didn’t realise DDU was probably culprit too. I saw AMD users had the same issue after updating their driver I’m thinking they also used DDU. It doesn’t happen every time. Can the dev look into this please. I ran it in safe mode in windows 11. Remove and restart option.

Hi friends, version 18.0.7.3 messed up my Windows, it's the first time I see the app itself restarts my os into safe mode (I´ve always done it through the windows config), when it restarted my keyboard and mouse were no longer recognized by windows, even safe mode doesn´t work. It´s definitely not a hardware issue since my other OSs work fine. Any ideas before reinstalling?

Hi I still encounter the error could not impersonate the system account with the latest version. Does anyone have a solution to this already? Thanks!

Verify this , go into secpol.msc (local security policy) then local policies, User Right Assignement. For value of the “debug program” you should have the Administrators (with the S) group. And then reboot. This is Windows default by the way.

If you boot in recovery mode, use bcdedit to remove the value "safeboot". In the future , manually boot into safemode instead of using the DDU built in function if it doesn't work for you

I'll have a look at this, but would appreciate having your ddu logs. info@wagnardsoft.com
