This is probably one of those things that are far more comfortable than they look; like those weird ass keyboards which people swear by.

I already bought this mouse (wireless model, no led lights), and it's pretty nice. But it it very difficult to adapt after years and years of using "regular" mouse. I have "normal" one next to this one, so when i need to do something quickly, i use normal mouse. 🙂
