I don't think much of this. As time goes alone single player base drops. i've completed the game so stopped playing like assume many have till DLC or something else for it comes out

BS. Check youtube vidoes 3090 performance is very good . Even maxed out . Maybe disable some RT effects that are usless ?

70 is worst case scenario. Mostly it runs around 120. If i get 100% smooth experience , it is destroying the game in my book 🙂

so people have lower standards mine is 60fps so long as it stable i dont care, seeing I also always have vsync running higher framerates are moot to me, for anything other then "power" to spare reasons

Well for me the "trick" was to crank motion-blur to max, so it made the whole avg. 35 fps more bearable, lol. Good thing it's not a game where you actually need fast response and reflexes, otherwise it would have been a nightmare.

So 3090 performance is "very good" if you disable some RT effects. Maybe the guy didn't disable those RTX effects and is running the game maxed out at 4k. Stop being so narrow minded.

Then he souldn't complain . It is not game fault . Who said you can run any modern game above 60 fps ? From what i see , without DLSS it is not possible in demanding titles.

Many games yes , but most demanding ones , not soo much. Cyberpunk is demadning , but there areny any performance issues on and high - mid-high end PC.
Got friend with 3060Ti + R1600AF. It is perfect performance above 60 FPS , no stutters .
4k gaming is below 1% of gamers , i'd lower expecations a bit before i blame anything .

Yeah and I'm still surprised by the above statement. I ran everything maxed out and, wherever possible, Psycho including Psycho RT on a 3080 at 1440p resolution, Quality DLSS setting, and I got about high 40s low 60s FPS.

It’s pretty normal for a single player game as most people play it for x hours straight and beat it.

Well yeah, I could lower the setting to medium-low and have higher FPS, but the game looks like a turd then. I'd rather have the eye candy, since again, it's not a multiplayer game or game that absolutely requires speed and precision that comes with higher refresh rate. That being said, I can't wait to have it at 100+ FPS and maxed out some day...

Well still playing here, sec time, as woman this time. Over 150h. Game isn't great or so, just fun to play. Bugs are stupid, but for now, did not break game for me. AI supid as hell...
And yeah, contrary I was thinking about RT, it DOES job here, really adds atmosphere. BAD thing is, u have to use walking stick named DLSS to make it working with decent framerates. And that crap has it flaws.

I get that and a 3090 isn't a 4k RTX card, regardless of the price, it's expensive as hell but it only performs a touch better than the 3080 that costs a LOT less. I am positive that a 3090 can run the game perfectly fine even at 4k after dropping some settings, but maybe the guy isn't ready to do that. I don't know.
