I don't have an account with any Crytek site, so my 'fears' are not an issue. Crapple deserve to get hacked, any iDiot that buys into Crapple deserve what they get
No they don't. Also Apple didn't get hacked. What happened with these users is they used the same email address and password as their login credentials for Apple.

any security engineer knows that all they have to do is press that button, "Maximum Security", there you go.

I don't have an account with Crytek, EA or UBI for this reason. I don't buy off STEAM anymore and only use a handful of game sites to buy DRM Free so don't have to make a game account or be online, granted this severely limits what I play but the last few years there's not been anything sparkling worth playing for me anyway 🙂
A 780, 4770K, 16 gigs of RAM, hmmm.

What's to hmm.. about? GOG have some decent games that benefit from faster hardware. Have about 90+ games bought from GOG, just bought ROTT 2013 from there and will probably get Dragon Commander too. The Witcher 1 + 2 are much more playable on modern hardware as well, good games are still available without all the crap that is steam/origin/uplay if you choose to go the DRM free route. That said, it still doesn't stop someone hacking GOG and getting usernames/passwords, and did anyone think Guru3D would get hacked? No, me neither. Once we start having one time activations and NO further requirement for an internet connection or DRM crap running like steam etc, then I might be interested.
