Hopefully there will be comprehensive mobo support for those speeds once I have enough money to buy one of these 😀

I'm concerned at the 1.5V. All 3 motherboards from different mfrs I have used since upgrading to Skylake complain (values turn red) when you get near 1.4V.

Wow at those prices I'd rather choose capacity over bandwidth in a heartbeat. Heck, I could get a 3200MHz 64GB kit for the same price as these 4600MHz sticks. Nice to see Corsair pushing the bandwidth barrier higher nonetheless. I guess some have need for such modules.

Unstable heaven of BSODS.

Ditto! - But nice to see speeds creeping up, shame my Ryzen cannot use them 😀

So glad I got my 32GB(4x8GB) b-die TridentZ 3000C14 for ~€208 a year ago. 😉

CL19!? GSkill will do it on 18! 😎

Died motherboards comming soon... 1.45 and 1.50v are mad voltages for DDR4 memory controllers, if you have CL19 why need 1.45/1.50v? the point of Higher Timmings is use less voltages lol

That might change with next iteration of Ryzen cpus. Of course these might get us up to 3600-4000 later on. Now it seems 3466-3600 is max.

It might harm the CPU but not the motherboard. Higher voltage is needed to get highest speeds, the thread title is the clue. Higher timings are needed to get highest speeds, the thread title is the clue. The point of higher timing is not to reduce voltage, it is to stabilise the memory at the chosen speed.

Awesome! Man if the timings and latency where: Timing 14-14-14-34 CAS Latency 14 That would be insane in a Ryzen or Threadripper build, can you imagine! I wonder if these timing etc will be available at these speeds this year or next?

Ignore that, thats based on JEDEC DDR4 voltage which is 1.2V. Warns you when you increase way above the JEDEC standart

for what ? 3200MHZ gives best performance ratio to processors So why do I need 4600MHZ?

JEDEC specifies DDR4 voltage to be 1.2 to 1.35V. 1.4V would hardly be considered "way above".... Running memory at 1.5V could result in damage to memory controllers.

How would we know, you gave no details. Its existence doesnt mean you are compelled to buy it or feel inferior if you dont. If you have performance problems when all your other hardware is up to spec, its worth a look. There is always a need for faster memory but its a niche product. It can help database processing, encoding, ... and some games. Whether you need it is up to you. Arma 3 for example http://techreport.com/review/31179/intel-core-i7-7700k-kaby-lake-cpu-reviewed/11 CAS matters as well.

all articles say there is no need for more than 3200MHZ does not contribute anything do not give anything except for sites that receive money on testing products for manufacturers !!!

I'm sorry you struggle to read. It might be the blinkers you are wearing.
