I have removed the G6 key and blanked it off to stop me hitting it instead of the control key when I am Gaming.

@The Goose honest question... your old M$ sidewinder x6, what type of keys/buttons did it have? I honestly cannot find the correct info in the old reviews of that keyboard. Were those scissor type keys or some other type...? a friend of mine had one in the past and i really like the typing "feeling" of the keyboard and I want the same style/type buttons on my next purchase....

Bought this a week ago, feels good. Coming from an old G15, this feels much more comfortable. One minus though, the G15 had lots of G keys.

I'm pretty sure you'll be able to replace the key caps for better ones. I've not searched yet because my KB is still brand new but most boards will get newer better caps.
