What is this RyZen? I am quite bothered that more samples weren't shown at CES. They shouldn't be at a point in early January that they are still uncomfortable showing working samples. To ring more alarm bells, I read an Admin over at the ROG forums even admitted there were product delays due to major feature reductions to the chipset. The exact words were "there are delays with the product schedule so unfortunately it means there could be some major changes to the existing samples". Which matches up with the absence from CES and tape over feature display cards.
I worry this slow trickle of 3rd party support is trying to keep the hope and buzz alive while we wait. We need this to be great.

The quote is what it is. Delays are never a positive (which is validated by the use of the word "unfortunately". Seventeen years of experience in PM confirms you never delay a product to make major changes in the form of feature adds at the last minute. And there is no need for the "fake news" stuff, I am just quoting an admin over at the ASUS/ROG forums.
There are many, many positive rumors about this platform but there are also some worrisome signs. Just being fair.
All I can do is refer you to the exact quote:
