Fixed lol and thx. I'm sure that APU is going to be used quite a bit. The IGP part seems interesting as well. With what dedicated card can it compared to? HD7770? If so, would be a damn good replacement for my gf's system. (X4 940 @ 3.0 socket AM2+, 790GX mainboard, 8GB DDR2, HD7770 at the moment) :banana:

No it's a slight bit weaker than the 7770 it only has 384 cores. The new A10's will be 512 cores or basically a 7750. Still should do really well at 720p and not use much power.

Got the goodies yesterday from AMD. I was quite surprised. The box was large! There was more goodies than just the APU. :thumbup: http://abload.de/img/wp_20140122_15_55_58_desny.jpg Yay, Japanese manual! (And ASUS F2A85-V PRO motherboard 😉) http://abload.de/img/wp_20140122_15_56_26_wsszl.jpg Boxed cooler http://abload.de/img/wp_20140122_15_57_41_9tsav.jpg Mobo came with RAM (2x4GB) and CPU pre-seated. RAM is AMD Memory branded and built by Patriot. It's supposed to run at 1600MHz at 8-9-8-24 1,65V. http://abload.de/img/wp_20140122_16_00_14_cisf3.jpg Aaaand here's the APU.
