It's still a X86/X64, nothing new in here since last century 🙂 (as on intel and AMD lol) This company is a very old CPU maker for PC, normaly they just do good quality motherboard with CPU included for industry, and net surfing/office. They have a complete licence for the instruction. With embargo with China they do their own things, as we had on red side in the 80"... It is logical.

Absolutely. It's kinda like how I ordered a pizza using my mobile phone and it was delivered to my front door so now I consider myself a skilled chef.

Comparable IPC to Raptor Lake is impressive but... needs ln2 to get to 3ghz???? That's not great at all :/ Perhaps the only practical use for this is to make one with loads and loads of cores to use in a server.
