Sent them my info for the first Bioshock. Received the confirmation e-mail. Now waiting on a reply so that I can get a key for steam. Hopefully it won't take too long.

There is a problem purchasing Minerva's Den (Bioshock 2 DLC).
If you try to buy for yourself from Steam it doesn't let finish the purchase saying you don't own the base game even if you already own it.
If you buy it as a gift and sent to someone (or yourself) who owns the base game it doesn't add it to the library.
It seems to be a problem related to game Ids changing for the remastered edition.

I own all 3 and never played more than maybe a quarter of Bioshock 1. This will be a good reason to revisit them and maybe actually complete them.

Would have been nice if the Minervas Den DLC was included for free if you didn't buy it originally but own all 3 games and the Bioshock Infinite Season Pass!!

Update on Minerva's Den purchase problem:
Problem seems to be solved now, game redeem normally a few minutes ago. 🙂

Thank you for the heads up Hilbert. 🙂 I have activated Bioshock 2 on Steam with the DVD key and it worked, downloading now. Now I just have too get a steam for the Bioshock DVD.
Edit: Of goes a support request to 2k to see what I need to obtain that Bioshock 1 steam key. Thankfully, I am pleased I do not have to repurchase the games since the securom stuff does not work under Windows 10 and therefore, the DVD's did not work.

Here come the negative reviews because certain things weren't added to the remaster. In my honest opinion be happy they even updated the games (hell, Bioshock 1 is 9 years old). They could have not even made these upgraded versions and be stuck forever with the old versions.

I cannot play Bioshock 1 Remastered for more than 1 minute before bioshock.exe crashes. The game is literally unplayable for me. Need a patch.

They just appeared on my game list, and BS 1 has steam cheeveo's as well, very nice little freebee.

Yup. BS1 and BS2 remasters are added to my library as well. The old versions are still there too. Nice.

Played a little bit of BS1R last night. Mouse movement definitely felt off. Will try angelgraves13's tweaks tonight.

Ran mine with the xbox joypad, utter joy, runs buttery smooth, i even got some DLC that i did not have, 3 missions were you had to collect roses and and kill a BD without any weapons.

Damn 12.5gb remaster vs the 3.7gb for original.
Glad I have 350mb internet.
Wonder what API the remaster uses. DX11 Nice.
Just hope its more multi-threaded this time around. For me, the original did not like hyperthreading.
Still uses more hyperthreading then actual cores but its not pegged at 100% like before.
Mouse feels fine for me. Using freesync it feels butter smooth actually.
Only issue is game is not letting me choose 2560x1080 after I changed graphics settings stuck @ 1080p.

Played around 5 hours last night zero problems ran like a dream & at 300 - 500 fps lol.
