I currently have the Dark Base Pro 900 rev.2 but i will definitely upgrade to this new one. The easy release roof for the AIO Cooler and overall aesthetic improvements are great. Not to mention an extra USB port on the front and a GPU power cable shroud that doubles as a GPU bracket. Airflow will be better too since there's a mesh door option

Same had the old one, loved it but it could get a bit farm at times... moved to the cosrair 7000D recently, which is a tad louder but also cooler... this one would of been nice alternative

When I got my PC builder to upgrade my gaming PC recently, I went from a Cooler Master H500 Mesh to a Corsair 5000T. The H500 Mesh came with an alternative mesh front panel but you couldn't replace the top glass panel and I found my AIO 360 at full fan during gaming due to inadequate top ventilation so I consider front & top mesh panels are essential. What fans do you have in your 7000D? I got my three front & one rear LL120's changed for AF120's which are a more effective & quieter fan. I now have a very quiet gaming computer with good CPU & GPU temps even when drawing 780w while playing Metro Exodus Enhanced at max settings.

Same, and yes this one does look like it's so much more convenient than the previous model, but it's so much effort to cleanly rebuild it, not to mention the cost, that I think I'll pass on this new one. I was pretty disappointed that the 900 v2 didn't have much of these improvements, but it was the best case available for my needs at the time.

I kind like this but less they versions with NO side window it a no go, then again price to much and then "touch" sensitive buttons then again i use them one to turn lights off and set fans and never touch em again. For that price it should COME with risercable and anything need to mount gpu vertical among other things

Sorry just seen this, I use Noctua NF fans, very very quiet and cool... though expensive. My gpu i don't think ive seen get past 60c using a 4090, cpu though still gets toasty at around 70-80c but appears this is normal for a 7800x3d
