This is great that they decided to allow refilling. I've bought Arctic Liquid Freezer II 360 for my brother, which keeps his 5950X at good temps, and noise even when pushing it hard, but... It's not all great. We put it in the front of the case (Fractal Design R6) behind its filters and mufflers to keep cool and quiet. The problem is that the tubing is long, but not long enough to route it to the front-bottom of the case. We had to install the radiator in the way the tubes are at its top. From time to time, the bubbles get sucked in and cause irritating noise. It's not very loud, but because of its irregularity and specific sound, it's disturbing at night. Plus bubbles are bad for pump. We'll probably have to put the radiator horizontally at the top of the case. With Be Quiet! cooler, we wouldn't have to do so.

Yeah... I got used to German computer brands releasing some or all of their products in EU only. Many things are US-exclusive too. Both situations suck. I hope that if this turns out to be good, they'll release it globally
