Lot of the price seems to be wasted in looks and mechanical gimmicks (fan mounting and top plate it seems) and fan, not like the latest is bad. But if makes me thinkg this not gonna compete anywhere close in the price/performance Thermaltake current solutions offer.

I think the air cooler price on some models gets out of hand I mean 60-80(max) for a top notch air-cooler is where in my mind the limit is ....at 100-110 one of the strong arguments for air-coolers goes away witch is the price .... I still prefer em to the water coolers less potential point of failures , but still the price seems too darn high ! Edit , ps: yes I know a lot of aio run for 5-6 years or even more with no issues so do lamp lights ....still some burn ....well in aio pumps fail and when the manufacturer does a whoopsie Algie grows in it , while the air coolers are technically a slab of metal you will eventually just need to change the fans and keep em clean witch is also the case with aio.
